This painting of mine can be used as a mindfulness breathing exercise for meditation.… On the larger circle focus on it as if it was a clock. Starting at the 12:00 o’clock point at the top, breathe in for the count 4 all the way down slowly, to the 6:00 o’clock point. Hold the breath for a few seconds then exhale for the count of 6 up to the 12:00 o’clock point. Do this several times before you start your meditation practice.
