Prior to a distant healing, a time for a phone consultation is arranged, during which they can tell me of any relevant background information. I can answer any questions they might have and then a time and date is set for the healing. 

On the day the client will be informed by text when I am about to start the healing, I ask that they sit or lie comfortably. 
If appropriate I will use crystals. If not, I will just use energy healing. When the healing comes to an end I will inform them again by text. I will then phone to discuss the healing and their feedback. 

Distant healing has no boundaries, it can be sent anywhere in the world.

During healings I use the vibration of sound with a singing bowl for cleansing the clients energy field.
