Energy healing, also known as Reiki, takes the energy to the place within the body and around it, where it is needed most. Crystals are not used during these healings. 
Energy healing helps to release tension and stress from the physical body and promotes a harmonious balance in the auric field around the body, thus enabling the body to heal. 
Energy healing is a complimentary alternative to crystal healing, as crystals should not be used on younger people or people with certain conditions.

During healings I use the vibration of sound with a singing bowl for cleansing the clients energy field.
